Blanket Cleaning:

We use a commercial front loading washing machine so that the blankets fit and clean properly and  to insure that straps don't get tangled up and cause breakage or rips in the blanket.  We use Nikwax rug wash to eliminate possible shrinkage and to maintain blanket color. We use Nikwax rug proof for all  waterproofing.  All blankets are prewashed which gives us the opportunity to check the blanket for damage that you may not be aware of.  At the time the blanket is received, we do go over it with you, but sometimes little rips have been missed on the initial review.  We line dry also to keep the blanket from shrinking.  There is a dryer on premises for rush jobs if required.  However, we're in Southern California and normally have beautiful days for line drying.

Waterproofing:

We offer Nikwax rug proof for waterproofing your canvas and synthetic materials.  If yur blanket has previously been washed in some kind of detergent or harsh soap, you may want to consider having your blanket proofed to insure the water repellency is there come this winter season.

Repairs:

We prefer to patch as needed but can zigzag over smaller rips to save you some money on the repair cost.  We try to have the best material and color possible to match your blanket and will do our best to get it as close as we can.  We can provide an estimate of the repair cost at the time the blanket is received if needed.

Pickup and Delivery:

Pickup and delivery is available, however, you can drop off as well.  Call for directions.  The pickup and delivery service is free in the Norco/Corona area.  Outside this area, there may be an additional charge for mileage; hovever, if there are multiple customers and/or blankets to be picked up at the same location, the mileage charge will be waived.  Exceptions can always be made.

Stable Services:

10% discount to barn managers/owners and trainers who bring their clients to us. If you contact us for pickup schedule, we will need each blanket labeled with the clients name and a contact number (yours if you prefer).  We can do the labeling when we arrive, but the information on each blanket will need to be provided in order for us to do this.  We will take the blankets and provide the necessary cleaning and repairs as requested.  If we have any questions, the contact number provides us access to your client so that we can take care of it and provide your client with the best service.  Also we can advise them of the invoice total and confirm with them that the payment will be left at the barn if they are not expected to be there when the blanket is returned.  Upon delivery of the blanket, payment will be expected.  If payment is not provided, we will not be able to leave the blanket.  We do not offer a billing plan at this time.  If special billing arrangements are required, please call to discuss with us to see what can be done.
